ME 2019-2023 BATCH Outstanding results in Semester 7 KTU Exams
Department of Mechanical Engineering 2019-2023 Batch performed very well in Semester 7. 94.34% students passed and 73.58% students secured distinction
Christ College of Engineering develops its own Electric All-Terrain Vehicle
Christ College of Engineering students made history by making their own Electric All-Terrain Vehicle(ATV). This was developed for the E-Baja Challenge organised by the All India Society of Automobile Engineers SAE, which was held in in Himachal Pradesh. This project was completed after eight months of effort by a group of thirty two students of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Departments under the supervision of Sunil Paul and Dony Dominic who are Assistant Professors in CCE.
Best Student Member- Volunteer Award for the year 2022-2023
Mr. Jospaul S Ambookken (S7 ME) received SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) India Southern Section's Best Student Member- Volunteer Award for the year 2022-2023. He bagged this award for the outstanding contributions to the Engineering Professional Community through various events organised by SAE India and Southern Section like eBaja, Aerothon, Bicycle design, Tier 1 events, etc

SAE Electric Two Wheeler Design competition
Team Zeus from CCE won the second prize in Endurance round at SAE Electric Two Wheeler Design competition organised by SAEINDIA Southern section and Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai (NIRF all India ranking- 86). CCE is one among the 38 premium institutes from 9 southern states of India. Also, one among the six from Kerala (the single private self financing player from our state).
SAE National Level BiCycle Design Competition
Team Carbon Composite from CCE at SAE National Level BiCycle Design Competition organised by SAEINDIA Southern section and Knowledge Institute of Technology, Salem The team members are from S4 ME. 1. Arjun Sir CCE is one among the 60 premium institutes from 9 southern states of India. Also, one among the six from Kerala (4 government and two private self financing colleges). We've completed all the 10 rounds including the Technical Inspection round verified by SAE and ARAI officials and Automobile industry veterans..
